Delivery and payment

Delivery

We deliver Catelier orders within Ukraine to Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta branches. Parcel locker delivery is unavailable because of the shelves' dimensions. Courier delivery is not currently offered.

At Catelier, you can buy goods in stock or order manufacture.

• In-stock goods are dispatched within 2 working days of placing the order.

• Made-to-order products are manufactured and dispatched within 10 working days of placing the order. This period includes both manufacture and dispatch.

Saturday and Sunday are non-working days and are excluded from these periods. The carrier's transit time is additional and depends on the selected service and locality.

The buyer pays delivery at the selected carrier's rates.

Payment

Two payment methods are available for Catelier orders:

• Cash on delivery — pay for your order when collecting it from Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. No advance payment is required. The buyer pays the money transfer fee at the relevant service's rates.

• Bank transfer — a transfer to the individual entrepreneur's bank account. After you place an order, we contact you, confirm its details and send payment information. Please wait for our message before paying.
